The New VIP Program
The programme is opt-in, which matters: nothing accrues until you join. Sign in, open your profile, and use the Join now button on the VIP banner. The invitation describes what joining adds, namely VIP bonuses, extended cashback and exclusive rewards, and the ticker beside it names the two regular payments, daily rakeback and weekly cashback.

Signature sits at the far end of the ladder, and it carries the largest referral extra on the table further down this page. Because the tier is attached to your account rather than to a single promotion, it affects the referral payout every time you bring in a friend.

Playdash cashback and rakeback
These are two different mechanisms, and they are commonly built the same way across the industry. Rakeback returns a share of the house margin on the bets you have already placed, and here it is paid daily. Cashback returns a share of net losses over a settled period, and here it is weekly. Playdash cashback therefore arrives after the week is counted, while rakeback lands on a shorter cycle.

How the Playdash Referral Program pays when you refer a friend
The base payment is simple. You receive SGD 50 for each friend whose single deposit is SGD 100 or more. One deposit has to clear that SGD 100 mark on its own; several smaller deposits adding up to the same amount do not trigger the base bonus.
The second half is the Extra VIP bonus, and it depends on your tier plus your friend’s deposit activity over their first 30 days.

Read the two columns together. At Gold, a friend who deposits SGD 500 in total inside 30 days adds SGD 100 on top of the base SGD 50, so that referral is worth SGD 150. At Signature, a friend reaching SGD 10,000 inside the same window adds SGD 2,000, which is where the SGD 2,050 figure comes from: SGD 50 base plus the SGD 2,000 Signature extra. Bronze players still collect the SGD 50 base, but no extra is attached to that tier.
The extra is counted on your friend’s deposits inside the 30-day window, so a friend who reaches the target outside it still pays the base bonus only.

How to claim your referral bonus
Claiming is a manual process through Live Chat, and the order of the steps decides whether the bonus is payable at all.
- Deposit on your own account first. You need one completed deposit yourself before any referral claim can be paid.
- Your friend registers. Their registration starts the 1-day submission window.
- Message Live Chat within 1 day. Submit the referral details in that window, using the chat bubble inside the lobby.
- Your friend deposits SGD 100 or more in a single deposit. This is the condition for the base bonus.
- Claim the SGD 50, then the extra. The extra follows once their 30-day total reaches your tier’s target.

A referral that was not submitted within 1 day of your friend’s registration cannot be added to your account later, however much that friend goes on to deposit.
A few conditions apply to every referral. Only one claim is paid per referral, so the base and the extra belong to the same submitted friend and cannot be split across accounts. All referral bonuses carry 1x turnover, which means the credited amount has to be wagered once before the balance is released; it is a light requirement compared with most bonus play, but it is not zero. Referred friends must also be new and unique: shared IP addresses, shared devices and shared payment methods disqualify a claim.

Playdash VIP tiers and your PLAYDASHER profile
VIP status is not the only progress running on your account.
