Every Playdash account comes with a second layer on top of the games, and that layer is your PLAYDASHER profile. Open Playdash My Progress and you see what your play has produced: PD Coins, Daily Quests, Achievements, Loot Boxes, Stickers, your Best Bets statistics and the tournaments you are ranked in. A new profile starts at Quests 0/8 and Achievements 0/36, with empty counters for loot and stickers.
The loop is simple. You play the games you came for, settled bets and spins tick the quest cards along, completed quests drop Loot Boxes, and those boxes carry prizes plus the tournament points that set your place on the leaderboard. Achievements and sticker books pay on their own schedule alongside it.

Playdash daily quests and Loot Boxes
Daily Quests arrive as cards, each labelled Casino, Sport or both, and each with its own timer. Above them sits a progress bar that shows how many quests you need to finish to complete the day’s set. Tap a card and it tells you the task and what it pays.
Two rules decide whether your play registers. First, only settled bets count, so an open parlay adds nothing until it resolves. Second, the bar empties if you do not fill it inside the same day, and partial progress does not carry over to tomorrow. That is why it is better to treat a quest as something that follows the session you had already planned, rather than a target to chase late in the evening.
Completed quests drop Loot Boxes. A box holds prizes and tournament points, which is the link between the daily grind and the leaderboard further down your profile. Because quests, achievements and tournament rankings all pay PD Coins as well, the profile feeds straight into the shop, where coins buy free spins, freebets, scratch cards and wheels at fixed prices.
The quests, the coins and the money offers fit together as the full reward loop, laid out across our lobby in one view.
Expiry check
A Loot Box waits 3 days and a FreeSpins prize only one, so open My Progress on the days you play rather than once a fortnight.
Achievements, stickers and avatars
This is the collectable half of the PLAYDASHER profile. Nothing here depends on a campaign calendar: the achievements and the permanent sticker books sit in your profile and wait for you.
Playdash achievements
A new profile lists 36 achievements, and you can take them in any order. Tap one and it shows the task it asks for and the rewards it pays, which can include PD Coins to spend from the Bonus Shop price list. The names tell you which part of the lobby they belong to, with titles such as Slots Spin Sovereign, Slots Reels Commander and Instant Hypercore sorted by the games they track. Each one also shows the minimum bet, deposit or odds it needs, so check that detail before you start playing towards it.
An earned achievement doubles as a badge. You can set it as your profile status.
Playdash sticker books
Sticker books come in two sizes, 8 or 12 stickers, arranged 4 to a page. Some books are permanent and some are seasonal, and a seasonal book shows its start date and how long it stays open. Completing a task pays one random sticker, so you will collect repeats on the way to a full page.
Duplicates are not wasted. Ten of them swap for one sticker you are still missing, which is how most books get finished. Rewards land twice: once for each completed page and again for the full book. The Football Superstars books, Edition 1 and Edition 2, pay an avatar and freebets for completion. Once a book is complete it stops producing duplicates for that set.
Avatars
Avatars are collectable profile pictures. Some come from their own dedicated task, others arrive as a random reward from the quest and sticker system, and a few are tied to finishing a sticker book. They carry no cash value and change nothing about your balance; they are the cosmetic end of the profile.

Tournaments and the Playdash leaderboard
Tournaments turn the daily routine into a ranking. Your tournament points come from the Loot Boxes you earn through Daily Quests, so the leaderboard is fed by the same quest cards rather than by a separate entry fee. The tournament page in your profile shows the leaderboard and the date of the prize draw.
Prizes are claimable once the tournament has ended, not while it is running. What you receive depends on the tournament: freebets, free spins, more tournament points, or tangible rewards, and our Live Chat team explains delivery for the physical ones.
Stated
Complete quests, climb the leaderboard.
In practice
Only settled bets count towards a quest, the daily bar resets at the end of the day, and no leaderboard place is guaranteed. Plan your play first and let the points follow it, because chasing a rank is a poor reason to raise a stake.
Prize rules that matter
Profile prizes are not plain cash, and each type has its own activation route and clock. Knowing both keeps a reward from expiring unused in your account.
FreeSpins prizes are activated in Casino, then Bonuses. They are credited with a 40x wager and stay available for one day after accrual. In general terms, a 40x wager means the value has to be turned over forty times before the balance converts, and one day is a short window for that, so open spins on a day you have time to use them.
FreeBet prizes work differently. You activate them in Personal Promotions, they can cover one event or several, and they expire 7 days after activation. The clock starts when you activate, not when the prize arrives, so there is no benefit in activating a freebet before you know which match you want it on.
One more deadline covers everything tied to a promotion: claims are made within 30 days after that promotion ends. If a reward has not appeared where you expected it, message Live Chat inside that window rather than after it.

What counts as progress
Quests, achievements and sticker tasks all read the same bet log, and the rules are the same across them.
- Pre-match and live bets count, as singles and as parlays.
- System bets do not count at all.
- Only settled bets register; pending tickets are ignored until they resolve.
- A promotional bet settled through cash-out does not count, and it breaks a Series of wins achievement.
- Bets settled at odds of 1 are ignored, but they do not break a series.
If a win series is the thing you are building, leave that ticket to settle on its own rather than cashing out. Where a task carries a minimum bet, a minimum deposit or an odds floor, tap the achievement or sticker and the requirement is shown there before you commit anything.
Loyalty runs in parallel with all of this. The New VIP Program is a separate opt-in from your profile, paying rakeback and cashback on top of whatever the quests produce, so joining it does not change how your progress bar fills.
Finally, keep the two halves in proportion. Quests, coins, stickers and leaderboard places are a reward for play you were going to do anyway, never a reason to deposit more or bet beyond what you set aside. PD Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Your quest cards, Loot Boxes, achievements and tournament rank all sit on the same screen inside the lobby.
Players ask
What is a PLAYDASHER?
PLAYDASHER is the name our lobby gives its players. Your PLAYDASHER profile sits under My Progress and holds your PD Coins, Daily Quests, Achievements, Loot Boxes, Stickers and Avatars in one place.
How long do Loot Boxes last?
A Loot Box stays on the Loot Boxes page for 3 days after the quest that produced it is completed. Open it inside that window.
Do system bets count towards quests and achievements?
No. Pre-match and live bets count, as singles and as parlays, but system bets do not. Only settled bets register, so an open ticket adds nothing until it is resolved.
What are sticker duplicates for?
A completed task pays a random sticker, so repeats are normal. Ten duplicates swap for one sticker you are still missing. Once a book is finished, it stops producing duplicates.
How do tournament points work?
Points come from the Loot Boxes you earn through Daily Quests, and the leaderboard ranks everyone by the points collected. The tournament page shows the prize-draw date, and prizes are claimed after the tournament ends.
Where do free spins won from a quest get activated?
Open Casino, then Bonuses. FreeSpins prizes are credited with a 40x wager and stay available for one day after accrual, so activate them on the day they land.
