This notice explains what happens to information about you when you use Playdash in Singapore. It follows the order in which you meet us: reading these pages, opening an account, playing and collecting rewards, and talking to Live Chat.
Reading these pages
Every page here can be read without an account. Our web server records ordinary visit data: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use it to keep the pages available and to stop abusive traffic. It is not combined with account data and is not used to profile readers.
Cookies are limited to those a page needs to load and display. The PD Coin planner, the Parlay Boost calculator and the referral calculator work entirely in your browser: the figures you type into them are not sent anywhere. The slot demos load the studio’s own free-play game only when you tap a tile, and that game is served by the studio, not by us.
The Get Started and Log In buttons, and the buttons inside articles, take you to the Playdash lobby. These pages have no forms, so nothing is passed along with that click apart from what any browser sends when it opens a link.
Opening an account
Registration asks for the details the sign-up form shows: a phone number or an e-mail address, or a Google sign-in, plus a password. Before a first deposit the lobby asks you to complete your personal data and start verification, and those details must be truthful and kept up to date. The sign-up form sets 18 as the minimum age; our Singapore pages are written for players aged 21 and over.
Playing and collecting rewards
Your account keeps the records needed to run it: deposits, withdrawals, bets, casino rounds, promotion claims, and your PLAYDASHER profile with its Daily Quests, Loot Boxes, achievements, stickers, tournament points and PD Coin balance. These records let us count quest progress, credit a Parlay Boost, apply a Bonus Shop redemption and keep your Casino Bonus and Sports Bonus balances apart.
Shop items and promotions are limited to one per player, household, IP address, device or payment method, and referred friends must be new and unique. To apply those rules we compare these details across accounts. Some claims also ask you for something directly, such as a screenshot of a Scatters Challenge round or the details of a referral sent through Live Chat. Those items are used only to check the claim they were sent for.
Talking to Live Chat
Messages you send through Live Chat are kept with your account so that a claim, a complaint or a question can be followed up. We never ask for your password or a one-time code in chat.
Questions about your information
To ask what we hold about you, to correct a detail or to ask about pausing or closing your account, message Live Chat from inside your account. Some records, such as transaction history, may need to be kept after an account is closed where the law or the prevention of fraud requires it; Live Chat explains what applies to your case.
